FRIDAY
4pm: Arrive anytime from now. Check in and make sure over-8s get a wrist band if they plan to do over-8 activities (this is a strict requirement – read why). Let the kids run free while you get your camp set up.
Evening: Pizza and curry available (pre-ordered via classlist)
9pm: Open air cinema and popcorn
SATURDAY
Lambourne End activities will run alongside the following schedule from 9-5pm (see available activities here). Zip-wire and Teddy Bear’s Picnic are the only activities that need to be booked in advance.
All day: Scavenger hunt – pick up sheets at check-in
All day: Pre-prep chill-out tent
All day: Football goal in the upper field
All day: Lebanese food van, Coffee and cocktails
Afternoon: Glo Beads with Anita in the pony cart queue
12:00-4:00pm: Face painting
12:00-2:00pm: Bubble man in lower field
2:00pm: Teddy Bears Picnic (with special surprise guest!)
2:00-4:00pm: Bubble man in upper field
2:00-6:00pm: Ice cream van
4:00pm: Rounders
Evening
5:30pm: Scavenger hunt sheets return deadline
5:30pm: Tug of War
6:00pm: Disco starts (near bandstand)
6:00-7:00pm: SASS Arms Happy Hour (with complimentary drink – next to bandstand)
7:00pm: Bandeoke starts
SUNDAY
8:00-10:00am: Campers complimentary breakfast (A selection of hot breakfast, muffins, fruit & more)
Tidy up time – pack everything you brought and clean up any mess you see, we will leave Lambourne End as tidy as it was when we arrived.
