Glamping FAQ
What is in the glamping tent?
If you have purchased a Glamping ticket, then you will arrive to a set up Beau & Bell ‘Bells & Whistles’ furnished bell tent. Visit the Glamping details page to see a full list of furnishings.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need a different packing list depending on if you are a day-camper, a self-camper or a glamper. We have taken the stress out of packing for you and written full packing lists for you to work from. See the packing list page here.
I haven’t booked a bedding pack, what will I get bedding-wise?
If you have not booked a bedding pack, you will have a camp bed and a simple thin throw blanket and throw cushions (pictures here as “cushions” and “blanket” https://beauandbell.co.uk/bell-tent-furnishings/ ). These are insufficient bedding for nighttime, and you should back your sleeping bag or duvets.
If you have booked a bedding pack you will have bedding already at the bell tent waiting, it is a combined comfort mattress/sleeping bag and will be something very like, if not exactly this one: https://www.duvalay.co.uk/duvalay-compact-sleeping-bag. If it is forecast to be cold at night, you may still like to bring your own blankets.
What is the bedding pack like?
The bedding past cost extra on top of the glamping. You were able to add this to your basket on booking. There are toilet and shower blocks in different areas of the site. We must clean up after ourselves if we shower so that the rooms don’t get too wet for others to use.

Nerf guns are allowed to be brought to camp can be used in the Nerf Zone (but guns will be provided for anyone wanting to take part in the Nerf Zone – you do not need to bring your own). More about the NerfZone here. You must follow these rules while on site:
- Only engage with people who want to play — no surprise attacks, no “hunting” people who aren’t participating.
- No aiming at the face or head
- Pick up your darts. If you shoot it, you collect it. No darts left scattered around camp.
- No Nerf guns inside tents, the dining area, or near the lit campfire.
- If somebody asks you to stop, stop immediately.
- Look after your own gear — lost or broken guns are your own problem.
- And finally… if you’re going to ambush your mate’s tent at 4am to get them out to play, at least aim for the right one…waking up the wrong family is a war crime. 🎯
How does the NerfZone work?
