FRIDAY

4pm: Arrive anytime from now. Check in and make sure over-8s get a wrist band if they plan to do over-8 activities (this is a strict requirement – read why). Let the kids run free while you get your camp set up.
Evening: Pizza and curry available (pre-ordered via classlist – link provided closer to the time)
7pm: Phoenix’s Campfire Singalong with toasting marshmallows
9pm-ish: Open air cinema and popcorn once the light is low enough

SATURDAY

Lambourne End activities will run alongside the following schedule from 9-5pm (see last year’s activities here – this year will similar but are subject to change). Zip-wire and Nerf Zone wristbands are the only activities that need to be booked in advance – links will be sent out closer to the time.

All day: Scavenger hunt – pick up sheets at check-in
All day: Football playing zone (Upper Field)
All day: Lebanese food van, Coffee truck
All day: Gazebo for shade (Pre-prep field)

12:00-4:00pm: Face painting (Bandstand)
12:00-2:00pm: Bubble man (Lower Field)
1pm-4pm: Nerf Battle Arena and inflatable archery (Forest)
2:00-4:00pm: Bubble man (Upper Field)
2:00-6:00pm: Ice cream van
4:00pm: Rounders (Upper Field)
4-5:00pm: SASS Bling Bar – Hairbrading and face gems (near Bandstand)

Evening

5pm: Bar opens
5:30pm: Scavenger hunt sheets return (to SASS members by Bandstand for a prize)
5:30pm: Tug of War (Upper Field)
6:30pm: Mini Disco (Bandstand)
7:00pm: Camp Kings & Queens contest (Bandstand)
8:00pm: DJ party time

SUNDAY

8:00-10:00am: Campers complimentary breakfast – A selection of hot breakfast, muffins, fruit & more. (Forest Lodge)
Tidy up time – pack everything you brought and clean up any mess you see, we will leave Lambourne End as tidy as it was when we arrived.
12pm Check out

  • Summary of food options for the weekend will be announce and prebooking options sent in advance.
  • First Aid station available in the small classroom
  • Water play activities (swimming pool, slip n slide) will be weather dependent
  • Feel free to bring your own outdoor games and toys
